- AAANov 15, 20251.0Was told my cat would not be seen because he was 6 minutes late for his appointment. Only 5 minutes allowed to be late. Receptionist woman did not care about the current state of our cat and if he could wait for another appointment. Horrible hospital, take your animals anywhere else if you care about them.

Dr. Rinaldi immediately sat on the floor with all 3 of them and made us all feel comfortable and heard. Rob was very attentive and detailed. Very very satisfied!

- RMRyan MiddletonAug 30, 20253.0The vet and vet tech were both amazing, gave us lots of time and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience once we got to our appointment. However, the process for scheduling was ridiculous. We were called to confirm and also got a text message. We answered the text message and not the call, because we were working and could not come to the phone. Our appointment was cancelled and we were not told until we arrived for it days later. We then rescheduled and this time when we received the call, we missed it, again because we were working. We called back 2 hrs later and were told our appointment had been given away again. So if the client doesn’t answer the phone immediately on the first call, the appointment is given away? Pretty ridiculous scheduling policy. And no notice was given that our appointment was given away unless we specifically asked.
