  The doctor and assistant were very attentive. They advised what my kitten Arlo (10wks) seem to have but recommended proper diagnosis with CT scan. My kitten wobble when he walks and has unintentional tremors it’s most likely he has CH (Cerebal Hypoplasia). He runs and is coherent like a normal feline but with poor coordination and balance.

  I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Vetco in Cherry Hill. To make a long story short my cat had nerve issues and she had to be put down. I've never had to do anything like that before in my entire life but the staff at this facility was professional with their original diagnosis and they were caring when I had to put my cat down. When I got the original diagnosis I went to four other veterinarians. And none of them had the service like the Vetco in Cherry Hill. From the front desk to the I think nurses to the doctors they all had the same agenda, to make the cat and owner feel as comfortable as possible. And I really appreciated it.   I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff was completely unprofessional and insensitive. I brought my 6-month-old puppy in for an exam and to be microchipped. They took him to the back for the procedure without asking if I wanted to be there, and I only found out later that it was an option. This lack of communication was very upsetting. Furthermore, when I asked the doctor about a scab wound he had, she was unclear and couldn't tell me what it was. She then recommended a full treatment plan—cleaning, scraping, ointment, and possibly a collar—which made no sense. How can you recommend a specific treatment for something you haven't even diagnosed? The doctor never mentioned the cost; it was the assistant tried to sell me several additional procedures and products, a package that would cost close to $400 minimum, just to check a scab. The approach felt very pushy, rather than informative and helpful. Combined with an unwelcoming receptionist, the overall customer service was poor and left me feeling like just a transaction. My advice to other pet owners is to ask detailed questions about costs and treatment options upfront. Also, if they recommend any products, be sure to check online retailers like Chewy for more affordable alternatives.

  Was told my cat would not be seen because he was 6 minutes late for his appointment. Only 5 minutes allowed to be late. Receptionist woman did not care about the current state of our cat and if he could wait for another appointment. Horrible hospital, take your animals anywhere else if you care about them.
