I’ve only been to this Banfield twice and I am not going back. I’ve been to several Banfield in different states and I’ve never had an experience like this. I showed up on time for my appointment and was told the dr was finishing up with another patient and would be with us shortly. They took me and my dog into the waiting room door closed we sat waiting for 45+ minutes. No updates. I checked in with the front desk and she said oh he’s still “finishing up”
When I voiced my frustration she walked out of the room mid sentence.
When I voiced it to the Dr his response was “do you want me to look at your dog today or not”
Overall tone, professionalism and care is not up to par.

I have never been more disappointed in a service. My dog has been on their wellness plan for years, and overall we were happy despite a few minor issues. Unfortunately, my dog was recently diagnosed with heart failure and can no longer come into the office. She now needs care from a specialist.
When I called to cancel our plan, I was informed that I would still need to pay the remaining balance, regardless of her condition. After being a loyal customer for so long, I was simply asking for a little compassion and financal understanding during a very difficult time.
What made it worse was how the representative handled the situation. He ignored my questions, kept repeating his script, and ended the call by telling me to “have a nice day.” It felt cold, robotic, and incredibly insensitive given the circumstances.
Please, do not sign up with them. Get a good pet health insurance plan instead. The low ratings are there for a reason.
