Shelby has consistently shown our family—and our dog, Scout—so much compassion. We came in on a Sunday for a walk-in vaccination, which is easily one of the busiest days, and she was the only care representative there. Despite that, she handled every client with both efficiency and a genuine smile. It’s people like Shelby who make these visits feel far less stressful and truly appreciated.

First time coming to Banfield and I am definitely coming back. Our vet was Dr. Solo. We came in for a routine visit along with some vaccines that were due and ended up having a great experience. The Dr. took her time explaining everything in a way that was clear and thoughtful. Cookie received three vaccines, and I was honestly nervous about how she’d handle it..she was already nervous waiting, but Dr. Solo was calm and confident that Cookie was happy to see her. It was the smoothest vet visit we’ve ever had. If you're reading this, thank you Dr. Solo! Cookie and I will definitely be coming back to see you soon.

went to get an international health certificate done for my dog as we had urgent travel plans. While there I gave the representatives my information and waited for my dog to be seen. At first I was quoted over a thousand dollars and told that my dog would need ANOTHER health certificate to reenter the USA which is simply not true. I declined this process and told them I would just like the one as I’ve done this so many times and I’ve never heard of such. I asked if I could hold on to the quote sheet and see it but the attendant never really let me hold it to confirm the original charges or see the new ones. After waiting close to 4 hours my dog was finally seen and I requested the paperwork be checked. In checking the bill I saw that the fee to fill out the paperwork was $300 making my bill close to $700. When going through the actual health certificate I noted many mistakes, including my name and my address. Which was confusing because I wrote it out clearly for them to see. They assured me they had changed it and I left. Now in receiving my health certificate there is a problem. I go for my dogs follow up appointment for his tapeworm treatment and at first they tried to charge me a full appointment fee when he was only getting a shot done and was seen about 3 days prior. When I told them he didn’t need to be seen just to be given a shot they immediately stopped that line of convo which was weird to me and yet another red flag as if I did not say anything they would have fully charged me that fee knowing it was unnecessary. I ask when the health certificate will arrive at my house and they tell me it already has. I let them know that I didn’t recieve it and ask for the shipping slip to see what was on it. To my surprise they had spelt my name wrong AFTER I had already corrected them. In speaking to the doctor about it his attitude was very confusing because he didn’t really seem like he cared and acted like the office hadn’t made a mistake or the mistake that was made was so minor it didn’t matter. My flight was meant to be last week Wednesday it is Monday of the next week and still nothing. I have called many times and gotten no one. I have left messages and gotten no response. I will be doing another health certificate with another vet after having moved my flight and lost so much money because of it. I am sending this as a last effort to get this matter resolved before I file and official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Veterinary review board. It is unacceptable to take that much money from someone and not bother to follow up. There is something very fraudulent about this place. ADDITIONAL REVIEW: Don’t hold you breathe for an actual response or follow through. If you look below you will see that I was replied by Banfield. I emailed the email provided before they even replied and I was assured someone from the hospital would get back to me within 5 business days. That time has since passed and there is still no response from the hospital and I do not expect one. These people are fraudulent and I will be making a complaint to the veterinary review board

I would be cautious bringing your pets here. My dog was seen at this location four times over the past couple of months for severe itching and skin irritation. Each visit we were told it was a yeast issue, even after we asked if additional testing could be done because the symptoms didn’t seem consistent with yeast. At our most recent appointment, my dog was finally diagnosed with mange. By that point his skin had become very inflamed and our other dog had also started itching. Even members of our household developed hives. Mange is highly contagious, so if your dog has visited here in the past couple of months and is now scratching or biting excessively, it may be something you want to have checked. It was concerning that testing for mites wasn’t done earlier despite multiple visits and ongoing symptoms. I wish additional diagnostics had been done sooner because the condition progressed significantly before the correct diagnosis was made. However, Dan the manager was very helpful on dropping down the price as we had already spent 1k the past three visits on BS. Buddy looks so much worst in person as his whole body looks like this.
