- LLLisaDec 12, 20231.0They wait till you get there to go over which vaccine your getting then tell you they are not doing your dog because the dog hasn't had the vaccine before. They are only doing boosters. I understand there is a manufacturer shortage and the reasoning but this issue should've told when making/prior to the appt. Contact should be made prior to the appt to ensure the requested service can be given prior to appt.
