Our first appt was cancelled because Groomer wasn't back to work yet, whatever that means. We went to our second attempt at an appt today, during a severe thunderstorm, and were told by the receptionist that our Morkie was too matted to be bathed & shaved because Petco is "corporate"!!! WTH? I have no idea what she was talking about. The more she talked, the worst it got. I almost lost my life to a disease that I was vaccinated against, I'm trying to get my poor dog & myself back to normal & this is what Petco in Brick, NJ gave me. Why? I had an appt, we were on time & my dog only weighs 14lbs. The salon was not busy. The groomer was sweeping the floor. I would LOVE to give her name, but she was shady looking & I'm sure she'd track me down & kill me. I have a Petco charge acct, I'm calling corporate & closing it. I will NEVER order or patronize this company again. I plan on also repeating this review on Yelp, Facebook and every social media outlet known to mankind. You ain't heard the last from me Petco!
