I had asked the guy in the fish department if he had more plants in the back because I know other locations usually do. He told me to ask the cashier just for the cashier to go ask him. I waited a bit longer for who I'm assuming was a manager who just said no. No one checked to see if there was any. So I ended up just leaving. Not sure why the guy in the fish department didn't want to look or help. I rather go to petsmart.

I waited 20 minutes and asked a representative twice if I could have help getting fish and no effort was made to help me. Guess I will only come when there’s a specialist on the clock because I am otherwise met with rude service.

I received coupons for treats and food from a kitten group and used them for the food. When i got home i noticed that they didn’t use one of the coupons for free kitten food. I was kinda upset about it because I’m trying to watch every penny around the holidays, and the food would have been free. I didn’t go back the next day because 1. I didn’t have the coupon anymore, and 2. How was i going to prove it? The cashier just didn’t scan it i guess. It would have been nice getting the bag for free though.
