I didn't drive or park anywhere, and I thought he worked inside the store, not outside? Such an uncomfortable interaction over some bloodworms. Do better.

While I understand and can respect a limit on the amount you purchase, this NEEDS to be posted for customers to see. AND the policy needs to be followed by the employees. I went in today for 150 large crickets and was told there was a strict limit of 50. (Didn’t even get the full 50 in the bag either). I’ve been here multiple times and been greeted with limits of 50, 75, or no limit at all. The associate that helped me was beyond pleasant and understood the frustration. But why have a limit if the employees pick and choose to enforce it? Petsmart is right down the street and has no limit at all, which is where I go to get my bugs now. I was told this petco orders thousands of crickets, so if they’re being purchased, what is the issue? I pay for the vital rewards monthly SPECIFICALLY for the discount on crickets, and I’m met with drastic inconsistent limits. Make this make sense.
