The employees here are always very Inattentive and rude. When I went in on Friday afternoon, one of the employees actually unbuttoned their pants and fixed their shirt or something, buttoned back up, all while at a register and not acknowledging anyone in line. then preceded to just walk away like no one was looking.

Carly is a very unprofessional manager. All I needed was ghost shrimp and all the employees disappeared. I was easily going to drop at least $100. Now petsmart will get that money.
