While she did get washed and is definitely cleaner than before that’s where the experience turned around. Her nails were somewhat trimmed, 2 nails were missed however, she was not dried out (understandable she hates vacuums and blow dryers) her teeth were not brushed and her paws were sloppily shaved. I would only come back if absolutely necessary, other than that, a rip off
