  We ha e been meny times everthing we have had is amazing! The best pizza this side of the Northend. The chicken tenders and salads are awsome.

  Dear Petco Customer Relations Team, On March 31, 2026, I went to the Petco store in Nashua, NH to return a cockatiel I had purchased about 15 days earlier, which was within Petco’s 30-day return policy for live animals. I approached the cashier to process the return. The cashier had to call Manager Sarah to handle the refund. While I was at the cashier counter, General Manager Nick then came over and joined the conversation. Both managers publicly confronted me in front of other customers. They stated that I “cause them (bird) a lot of stress” and indicated they would refuse to sell me any pets in the future. The cockatiel had shown ongoing signs of aggression and did not bond with my family despite my consistent daily efforts over the 15 days. Returning him felt like the responsible decision for the bird’s well-being. I found their comments about me causing the bird stress particularly difficult to hear, especially since I personally wondered whether the bird had opportunities for out-of-cage time and enrichment in its previous environment ,something that is generally considered important for cockatiels to reduce stress and support healthy behavior. Even though the refund was eventually processed, the public nature of the confrontation at the cashier counter and the accusatory tone left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome as a customer. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in Petco. I request that this incident be formally documented and reviewed. I would appreciate a written response confirming that my feedback has been received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  I enjoy shopping at PetCo. but I'm especially pleased that they offer photo ops at Christmas time and this year, at Easter. The Christmas photos that were taken a couple of years ago, are priceless to me since I lost my beloved Rosie due to kidney failure the day after Christmas of 2025. She would've been 16 years old the beginning of 2026. This year I took my newly adopted pup (Tiny) to see the Easter bunny!! Mr. Bunny and staff couldn't have been nicer. We stayed a bit to see other pets get their photo ops with Mr. Bunny. Two beautiful fluffy and well-behaved Kitties wearing dresses, with the most beautiful blue eyes stole the show! I highly recommend PetCo. to shop for all of your pets needs. UPDATE: We went back on the 4th to get another photo with Mr. Bunny because Tiny's bunny ears came in. There were a lot of people with their pets waiting their turn with Mr. Easter bunny, but the staff was out in full force (complete with bunny ears) and the event was well organized and festive. We pet parents love to show off our babies and it's really appreciated when we have an outlet to do so. PetCo. has become my favorite place to go with my dog. Other places allow your pet entry, but the staff at PetCo somehow have made every visit extra special. I'm keeping an eye out for any future photo events! We won't miss it!! Thanks to Mr. Easter Bunny and especially to the wonderful staff! 🥰

  We did a walk in nail trimming for our four legged friend. They were amazing, quick, and so polite.
