We also paid for lifetime shots in advance which they refused to give after the first few years. This place does not care about their human customers.

They sent him home panting like crazy took my money and said see ya . 8 hours later my dog died of a stomach torsion . With all the extra testing they did , you would think they would have seen that. Never again

Even though there was a mix up with scheduling (it happens not blaming anyone) they still took her so she could get the surgery she needed. Very nice and very sympathetic people all around.
