- GMGayathri MenonMar 10, 20261.0Incredibly disrespectful service. When I asked about price clarification for my appointment I was met with no clear response from both the doctor and manager. The scrub nurse had the only sympathetic valuable input in this conversation. When I expressed frustration over this process and their reviews as an educated customer I was told as followed “you can leave” and “we can fire you as well”. No individual should have to withstand the disrespectful treatment from this center. A waste of space and money.

When a higher up came in after we pressed them regarding billing, he defended her poor customer service. My sister spoke up saying she has been in similar client facing roles and he said he could fire her too. Unbelievably lacking in mannerisms, human decency, class, and basic empathy. If any place should shut down in the next year it’s this one. Not to mention asking them to clarify their billing situation apparently requires speaking to 3 people before someone is able to explain it. Save yourself the time and save your pet the treatment.

- RCRobin CDec 5, 20252.0I have been a loyal customer of The Animal Hospital of Nashua for 20 years. 14 years with my lab that passed and 6 yrs with my current dog. I've always had in the past good service and was happy until today. Today I was charged $67 for a Nail Trim Only !!! In the past it was $20-25 . I questioned and they said yes we recently started charging $40 for a nurse visit. Seriously for a 5 minute nail trim ?? I'm shocked and disappointed that now I need to find another Veterinarian. It's very sad that greed has taken over. Buyer Beware.
