While we have now lost both Smudge (15)and Angel (18) I truly believe their lives were extended by the great veterinarian care we received there. The staff and doctors were always friendly, accommodating and compassionate.
- JAJess AckermanApr 16, 20261.0Initially I was happy with care at our first visit. They caught a tick borne illness that showed up on his bloodwork. They gave him doxycycline and when I picked it up it was $100. I thought it was expensive but I hadn’t looked up what it would cost elsewhere until I got home. Every online vet pharmacy was on average $30 for the same medication I just bought from them. I called and asked if the price was correct and they said yes. I felt like I had been taken for a ride especially having just paid for a $400 visit and signed up for their wellness plan. Then I learned that any follow up wellness visits you have to drop your dog off in the morning and then pick them up in the evening and they do the exams throughout the day and leave them in a cage all day. NOPE. Not gonna happen. So for these reasons I will not be returning. Be aware
