The groomers were so patient and gentle with my Maltipoo. He had not been to a groomer and the staff there were so friendly and supportive. Not forcing anything the dog seemed upset with . I would recommend them over and over again. Feeling comfortable leaving your pet is priceless.

Minimal Cat selections, as is typical with most pet stores, but exceptionally bad here. One of the employees, unfortunately needs a lesson in hygiene. The last time I went in for crickets the entire front of the store was so odorous that I had to cover my face, and it was emanating from the cashier. Another cashier pushes her snakes on you trying to sell them for $100 because she has over 100 and needs to downsize. I avoid this location at all costs now and just drive the extra few minutes to Hooksett.

Petco had a sale on the kitty litter I use, buy 1 get 1 half off. Love it! The cashiers were great. They asked me if I needed help carrying them to my car.

Our sons' cat is a rescue and only wants 3 kinds of Weruva pate and thankfully, they usually have it!

Trigger warning: Gross pics. The state of the fresh water fish tanks were abysmal. I visited last week. Some of the fish in the fresh water tanks were dead and there were bags of new fish being acclimated to the water, meaning that there was no way employees could have possibly missed the fish on fish Dahmer atrocities that were happening in more than one tank. You expect to see a floater here and there. You don't expect to see fish already half-eaten or a feeding frenzy mid-frenzy. I just picture the poor fish in the bags waiting to be released going, "Hmm, that can't be good situation to swim in to." There's also a situation with their Betta fish which is an ongoing problem. When they are first brought in they are gorgeous, of course. I don't know why they over stock them because I seriously wonder what the ratio of dead to sold is. Less stock means less cleaning which means happier employees and happier fish. I have pictured 2 Lunar Flare Bettas. On the left is a Lunar Flare Betta that is moderately close to its normal colors but no where near its true vibrancy -- my guess is that it has been there about a week or two. On the right side is the exact same breed of fish devoid of all its colors. It looks like it has jaundice. It is so ready for death I'm surprised there's not a little plugged in toaster there for him. For the price this store and all other pet stores ask for these fish ($24.99), you would think they could clean the bowls a little more often and maybe they would have fish that looked a little less like they want to commit suicide. I know the stores are big corporations and they probably don't pay much and are understaffed. I understand that. Bare minimum is not much to ask for when it comes to animal welfare when you claim to love them.
