  We could not find something. The clerk brought us right to it and he was very friendly. When we checked out the cashier was very outgoing and professional.

  I don't like some of those employees there now wish they would get a new pet store around in Keene can't find anywhere to get my mealworms for my bearded dragon 🐲 if you ask for a discount because they're out of date they lie to you and say they're in the date and they won't give you a discount

  Had a 1:30 appointment for my dog last Saturday 3/14/2026. Arrived and was told it would be an hour and a half, what I scheduled was a 30 minute appointment. I had to leave without getting my dog bathed or nails clipped. Won’t go back if they can’t honor their appointments. Don’t take them if they mean nothing.
