Libby always comes home looking so cute after her grooming appointment. Jacquie is so attentive and patient with Libby. I am so, so happy we found her! Also, sign up for the Vital Care program. We have saved a TON of grooming and food with this program. And if you sign up for automatic delivery, you save even more! It took a few tries to get the right interval, but now it arrives on a perfect schedule and we don't have to worry about running out of dog food or making trips to the pet store. You can pause or change the delivery frequency any time you like!

There are some medications with potential side effects that Petco doesn't not want to be responsible for, which is fair, but this info is not readily available for pet owners. Don't do what I did and get turned away from your appointment three days before a holiday because you tried to answer the groomer's questions honestly. Petco corporate should have this info on their website/app to avoid wasting everyone's time. I would actually recommend avoiding Petco entirely (hence the one star rating) because this is annoying. Update to respond to owner: you in no way addressed my complaint. Once again, this is information you should have available BEFORE a client shows up at your store. Also, I gave the grooming manager the wrong medication. I called later to see if I could clarify and maybe rebook, but now I need a note from the vet. Give me a break. There are far too many places to get my dog groomed than Petco. I am not going to jump through your dumb hoops because I made an honest mistake.
