- DHdavid hooperApr 11, 20263.0Had a dog grooming appt for 8am Saturday April 11th 2026, got there and groomers were there outside waiting for someone to show up with store keys. A 805am keys show up, we go in and dog gets nails trimmed and buffed, excellent work and highly appreciated courtesy shown by the groomers, went to counter to pay and worker behind counter states that store is not truly open and would be another 30 mins, if I had wanted a 830 - 845 appt I would of scheduled it not the 8am one Groomers are at no fault just the worker behind the main counter
- SGSarah GMar 30, 20262.0Went in to purchase a harness for my dogs, pricing was unclear, no labels on most of the shelving, very limited stock to choose from. Found one that would work for both dogs, but only one in stock, which is fine, I can order one online or stop by another location. Advertised as 40% off first collar or harness, did not receive a discount, I didn’t question it as the other cashier was rudely telling another customer at the next register, “That one must not be part of it. People move things around and put them in the wrong places all the time.” Just a reminder of why I don’t usually go to Petco and choose other stores instead.
