  Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. Great selection for me is dog foods and treats plus fish and supplies. Prices are fair for the consumer and is great to see where pride is taking in the care of the cleanliness of fish tanks to the complete store. Would highly recommended this location.

  If I could give a big fat ZERO stars I would. The information given to us was incorrect about the fish that we were buying, the fish died within 24hrs of purchase. The sales person was RUDE when we went into the store. Within 48 hours ALL OF OUR fish were dead within the tank. Everything that we were told seem to link the death of ALL of our fish to the ones that were bought and put into the tank. AFTER WE ACLIMATED the new fish to the tank. The only explanation that anyone came up with was the new fish were sick and killed all our other fish. The water test came out perfect so there was nothing wrong with the water. Should have stayed away in the first place, after this I gave them another chance and placed an order for pick up hours listed are 9am - 9pm and when trying to entire the store at 5:55pm the store doors were LOCKED with a sign printed in the corner where you couldn't see them without walking to the side of the entrance. This is NOT the first time that this has happened, but I will NOT recommend anyone to this store and will bring my business elsewhere.

  Beautiful cockatiels i just saw and im not the one to do reviews unless i really liked the service or really disliked something. in this case if you are ever going to buy a bird i can not stress enough how horrible the conditions are for these birds in every petco an petsmart. it should be illegal for them to sell birds of any sort. Having two birds housed together can be okay but one of the cockatiels feather at the bottom were so damaged im sure either from the other cockatiel biting him or stress induced. In every petco the description is hand fed or raised but the birds they are selling 99% of the time are not hand tamed and they would be if they were hand fed or raised. I want to save every bird that comes in these stores but it’s only helping them keep breeding these birds and not giving them the proper care until they are sold. almost all the food had added sugar an unnecessary additives. the toys are almost all unacceptable with running dyes. the perches that are natural and have grooves and different sizes are the only acceptable perches. the cockatiels in there had unnatural perches in there cage which leads to arthritis and other problems. the fabric toys or huts and mirrors cause hormonal issues. All rope toys can cause crop issues from swallowing as well as the fabric huts. Also they sell sanded perches which can lead to so so so many issues with their feet. i could go on an on about the improper care of these birds in every petco an petsmart. please do not buy birds from any petco or petsmart it’s only allowing them to keep this improper care an breeding going.
