Madison was rude and condescending when dealing with my dog. She up charged me claiming that a lab is a long haired dog. It appears this is not the first time these actions have happened. The manager does not seem willing to address this employees tactics.

I find it hard to believe that an hour to groom doesn’t make sense. I felt Sam was not very nice. I don’t plan on going back to Petco grooming. For the cost I can go to professional who cares about my dog.

First she forgot she had an appointment to clip my cats nails then she was in a hurry because she was working on another dog in the back . She took my cat out and tried to sit the cat on her lap to clip her nails (which I've never seen in my life)so obviously my cat is gonna freak out a little. Then she tried putting the cat on the table so I'm thinking she was gonna put the collar on her to get to calm down. Nope .. My cat hissed and tried to bite (which is why the lady should have been wearing gloves like all other locations do) but she wasn't so her first response was "well I'm not gonna be able to do this today." So unprofessional this lady shouldn't even have a job there SMH will definitely be taking the extra 20 minute drive to go to the Manchester location where they actually know what they're doing
