Their setups are NEVER correct or even humanely acceptable, the info on the tanks is correct, the knowledge their employees have for each type of animal they sell is incorrect, the at home care sheets are incorrect. If they’re going to sell animals then they need to be knowledgeable in their care & provide that exact care in their store. They would not be selling any living animal until that is done. For instance your hermit crab setups are atrocious. Humidity is wrong, temps are wrong, substrate is wrong, your info on the tank is incorrect, your at home care sheet is also incorrect. Same with your bearded dragon enclosures. It’s really sad to see an establishment care so little in proper care for these animals. They need to do better.
