I worked with Dr. Karen and her assistant Ashely who were so incredibly kind and helpful. My dog is extremely nervous at the vet and they were able to give him his shots and get him in and out so quick and easy and were very understanding. I had a great experience.

All 4 were current and due at the same time, at the end of July 2025. 3 of the 4 were done correctly as a 3 year, the fourth was done as a one year. I did not realize it until I got home and looked at the receipt. I called the number provided, to find out how to get this corrected and changed to a 3 year. The woman on the phone had no idea what I was talking about, did not know how to direct me. She said someone would call me within 24 hours with an answer. No one has called, and I still dont know how to get it corrected. Im sure it was an oversight Im not upset with the vaccine clinic, but customer service is just awful.
