They couldnt figure out why my cat is losing fur so they put him on a steroid for it to grow instead of finding the causing issue, mind you i paid $150 for the medicine and check up that i have gotten not a single result from. I rescheduled a follow up appointment where the receptionist told me the 22nd at 8:30am. Only for us to get there and be told it is for the following week. They miscommunicated the time and i have to pay the consequences for their mistake. The receptionist then began telling me the doctor who saw my cat last was not even there for the day and my cat couldnt get seen. I am extremely upset with this vet and will not be coming back and will only be recommending this place to someone i dislike.

I am so wildly grateful for this vet. Tori at the front desk is amazing and the rest of the staff as well. Without them my cat would have died this last week. They were so kind and compassionate while we were really struggling. I will suggest them to literally anyone. Thank you to the doctors ans staff for taking care of our little Dude ❤️🐈‍⬛️ the surgery saved him and hes finally back to himself after weeks of struggling ❤️

I’m extremely disappointed with the care my dog received here. I dropped her off before 8 AM for an appointment regarding anxiety medication and didn’t pick her up until 6 PM. When I finally got her back, she immediately peed for a very long time and then drank water nonstop — clear signs she hadn’t been let out or given water all day. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me they “don’t take dogs out” because the parking lot is too dangerous, and they “don’t always leave water” because dogs could get wet. That explanation is absolutely unacceptable for a veterinary clinic. Providing water and bathroom breaks are the most basic standards of care, and if they can’t safely do that, they shouldn’t be taking in pets for all-day stays. To make things worse, they also almost forgot the main reason for my dog’s appointment — to discuss her anxiety medication. After nearly ten hours there, I had to remind them why she was even being seen. This experience completely broke my trust. I will not be returning and plan to file a formal complaint with management. Warning to other pet owners: If you leave your dog here for any extended period of time, know that they will not take them out or ensure they have water. Please think twice before leaving your pet in their care.
