I had to call in for his results. The Dodge St location was pretty rude and couldn't answer basic questions. I called this location and the lady had all of our tests, results and vet notes sent to me immediately. Every question I had was answered and I felt better knowing what was going on with my dog. Based off just my 2 phone calls to this location - they seem okay. 3 stars because it is the same company and I have not been to this location
