They let me view him on a camera so I could check in on him. The private room was perfect with low stress. Highly recommend. Your cat will be well taken care of.

We were certain would need fully sedated grooming. This business was recommended to me as being able to work wonders with Problem cats. This stands true. I offered full transparency that it may not be possible and they were willing to work with us. We gave him a dose of gabapentin (which never helped with at home grooming) and they accomplished in 30 minutes what we were unable to accomplish within the past five years, at less than half the price quoted for fully sedated grooming. They were very gentle and patient with my semi feral kitty. Very kind staff. We are very happy with the results. I have not tried them for pet boarding, but I saw the facilities, and I absolutely would trust them for this.

It’s amazing to watch how they handle the cats/kittens, how gentle they are with them, and how effectively they get out the undercoats, all the time talking to them in the sweetest voice. I would recommend this spa to everyone. The whole staff is great. We had Meg and the cats loved her.
