Always a great experience! Our cat is, let's say, reluctant to get his hair cut or claws trimmed, but the staff is always patient and gentle with him. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else and if I ever have to board him, this is the only place I'd consider!

I highly recommend Grand Feline for nail caps and boarding. We have had only kind and extremely professional experiences. The staff is timely, efficient and they genuinely love their cat customers. As an added bonus, my human children love checking in on the "cat cam" from the hotel when we are out of town. We can see that our cats are happy and that they are being well cared for.

We took our cat Charles in for his first bath, brush, & sanitary shave and we couldn’t be happier with his care! Not only did he come home looking extra handsome, he also came home with a little photo and gift bag - and he loved his little gifts! I’m sure if he could, he would also give his day a 5 star rating! I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this cat hotel and their team. I used a different place in the past, and my cats would come home sick every single time. Since switching here, I haven’t had a single issue.
The staff is genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly understanding of anxious pet parents and it’s obvious they truly care about every animal they look after. They’re also great about communicating during longer trips and will send photo updates if you need a little reassurance, which always puts me at ease.
They offer well-priced add-on services so you can customize your cat’s stay based on their needs, and I love knowing my boys get exactly the care that works best for them. I feel completely comfortable leaving them here because I know they’re being monitored, cared for, and treated with love. I truly can’t recommend them enough.
