Handled Baby with supreme care and the gentlest of attentions. We will be back to see her again soon and next time, Baby gets the works! - ZHZetta HAug 19, 20251.0I have been taking my three year old to Desirae since she was three months old. I’ve never had any issues and Desirae has never mentioned having any issues with Luna. Ever since Desirae left, I’ve had bad encounters with the groomer. In March, I tried MacKenzie. When I dropped her off, I could tell MacKenzie had an attitude. As I was walking away, I *thought* I heard my dog yelp. I looked back and didn’t see anything abnormal, so I thought it could’ve just been one of the groomers raising the table. No issues at pickup. Yesterday, I took my dog in for a visit. When I picked her up, she was so stressed that drool was hanging off of her face, her facial hair was not gone like I requested, and she was shivering. I asked them what happened and they told me she was stressed because any time they went to move her arm, my dog yelped. They said her arms are bowed and was causing her pain. I’m not denying the fact that her arms may be bowed though her vet has never said anything about it and my dog has never ever yelped when I would brush her fur almost daily since she was 11 weeks old. My issue is, why would you continue to pull at her arms if she was in pain? My dog has never been stressed, not when she gets her shots, not when she was fixed, and there have never been reports of stress from Desirae. I gave the groomer a tip because regardless, she provided a service. However, looking back, I should not have paid. Please do not take your dog here.
