- FLFe'Licia Hadnot (LESA)Aug 10, 20251.0I like Petco Grooming, but this last visit was horrible. My dog had a 230 appointment and they didn’t finish until 630. He is a 6 pound Yorkie. It usually takes them two hours tops. I had a family emergency so I ended up calling about 5 o’clock to see if he was ready and she said he wasn’t. I told her I had to pick up my dog and she said she’ll be done in 20 to 30 minutes. So when I came up there after 30 minutes , I still had to wait Another hour. She took her time even after I told her it was an emergency. I literally just had to take my dog and leave Because I could not wait any longer. I would not have been able to pick him up later and I had no one available to pick him up if he had stayed until she finished. I just think it was handled unprofessionally and my time wasn’t valued.
