There was a dwarf hamster with a completely empty water bottle and parakeets with filthy water and a food bowl full of poop and husks. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, Kristin- she said the parakeets will “just bathe in it anyway”. Anna did provide the hamster fresh water and food after I stood there for a while. There was no sense of urgency at all and I find this incredibly disturbing. These animals depend on your staff to take care of them and provide them the basics.

- DGDesiree GallowayNov 23, 20255.0I just got Jade (dog) home from her first professional grooming appointment in YEARS and I couldn't be happier! I accidently scheduled her appointment at a different location but Jessica got her in anyway without a fuss. Jade is a rescue and I trained her through her anxiety in public enough to get her comfortable being groomed for years until one day, I got her back from Petsmart covered in her own pee and poop, shaking, and so distraught that even getting in the truck for a while afterward was a trigger for her. I don't know what happened there but it kept me from trusting any grooming salon. I usually bring her to this location for her shots and the rotating vet staff and store staff are all great here so, I figured I would give their grooming salon a try. Jessica said she was the sweetest and well behaved but did eliminate in the kennel which she didn't make a big fuss about despite me being apologetic. Jade was as calm as a high energy dog can be post grooming and showed no signs of distress at all! I'm so relieved that the ladies are compassionate and I will be using this location for their services from now on! Thank you everyone!
