- FGFritz GirlsFeb 5, 20261.0Nasty rude employees. Manager is just as terrible. I ordered pet food for pick up. Placed my spouses name on order. Staff would not them pick up the order without my drivers license (I have proof that spouse name was on order). When I called and spoke to the manager asking why they gave him such a hard time I was told that I was stupid and that hundreds and thousands of people have had their pet food stolen and if I wanted to pay for something and not get it I was just stupid was screamed at and yelled at , and when I tried to get the manager to stop screaming at me over the phone, I was hung up on. I did file a complaint with corporate Petco. Do not visit this Petco.

The crickets were 2 days "expired" and most of them were dead in every container. Animals seemed neglected (ex. Dirty fish tanks, dirty cat homes, etc). When I checked out, the cashier was very unprofessional and rude. She very obviously did not want to be there. She talked to her coworker the entire time she was checking me out, gave me a receipt even though i asked her not to, and walked away without giving a basic "have a nice day" or anything. Not the best place I've gone to.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone! I hope her pillow is always comfortable and her food always the correct temperature throughout.
- VDValarie DavisJan 25, 20261.0I bought some fish from them didnt even have them for two weeks and they have all died, I didnt even have my sucker fish for 24 hours and it died. When we went in there to buy some I notice that there was some dead fish in the tank. I told the employee there about it and he just shrugged it off like it wasn't a issue. I truly wouldn't recommend petco.
