  To make a long story short, we bought a set of fish from this particular store. We should have known better since almost all of their fish tanks were very dirty, but we still got a few fish from there. Unfortunately, the fish were diseased and infected our entire tank. We went for an exchange after the disease swept through our fish, and we got them treated and cured. We waited by the tanks for about 5 minutes, and after asking the front desk to send someone twice, we waited another 27 minutes before someone finally helped us. They weren’t busy there was maybe only one person in line after us. The second batch of fish was also diseased. In the end, we were left with just 4 fish out of the 20+ we originally had. We decided to give them one last shot after getting a quarantine tank and looking for plecos, since the other stores didn’t have any to sell. After waiting 15 minutes and asking for help again, we realized not only do we dislike this store, but PetCo itself can’t be trusted. You would think we would have learned our lesson sooner

  Honestly if I could give zero stars I would, every time I have been to this location there is never any staff on the floor to ask for help then you go to the front to ask for help and you are still waiting 15-20 minutes afterwards. Very frustrating and very disappointing.

  I was retuning some online stuff that was damaged and the associate said, "oh, you're retuning ALL THAT stuff? Wow!" It was two Items. Out of a huge online order with hundreds of dollars, I was retuning two Damaged items. I said something about her comment being out of context and she said it's two boxes of stuff! Well the two items came in two boxes, each with one item.

  This Petco is awful. There's never enough staff, usually one cashier who's off doing something else too, and the employees seem like they don't want to be there. They constantly move things around so you have to go searching for your basic/routine items. Store is clean and parking is easy though (2 stars)

  Customer service team was very helpful helping me find the right product for my pet, took the time to personally show me different options within the store, which was incredibly helpful. It was nice to have someone super friendly and very interested in making sure I got the right products.
