I guess they didn’t need the business. They acted like they didn’t care and was unfriendly. I was told by the manager chasing me out of the store not to ever come back to his store because I made a comment to my husband ahead of me about my experience and the manager said I said it to guests that I did not see anyone around in the unbusy store. I will never go back again. Poor management and staff. I will tell others about this horrible experience. His management should know about his lazy worker and store management. Bad!!!

- OSOlivia StephensSep 13, 20251.0I went in and was browsing all the animals and there was a LOT of dead fish, (there’s never dead fish usually) most of the water bowls for the animals were empty, the geckos cages were way too hot and they looked like they were suffering, and they looked extremely malnourished, most of the cages were also completely filthy and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a month or more. I have pictures and videos of all of this too.
