  When I called to reschedule an appointment, the owner was yelling, talking over me and telling me that I need to find a day during the week that will work instead of Saturdays. Who the hell does she think she is!!! CRAZY & RUDE!!! She needs to learn to be respectful and courteous. The dogs don’t pay the bill. I don’t recommend them.

  Do NOT bring young puppies or large breeds here! I have a bernedoodle puppy, who came here for a groom a couple times before he was a year old. I didn't want to make a hasty decision before not returning, so I gave it another chance. Unfortunately, the young woman who groomed him was about half my age and very obvious that she lacks experience with not only large dogs, but young pups specifically. She would ONLY take my high energy guy at 7am, which meant for him, that he just woke up, hadn't had breakfast yet or time to burn off his energy, and believe me, that's when hes at his peak energy for the day. The last time I brought him in, she told me I dont play enough with his paws, face, tail and recommend I do more of that. The thing is, I do all of those thing with him on a regular basis and he's not reactive to me, or anyone else in our home and again I repeat that he's got the most energy at that time, so of course hes less likely to cooperate. Second, I have a strong dude, so I NEED a springer collar on him for better control. I've used this on him since he was small and add links to it as hes gotten bigger. The groomer I had (I forget her name) told me its too tight and didn't put it back on him so I had to struggle getting him in my car when I picked him up. I tried the collar on later, when he calmed down and it fit just fine, she must not know how those collars work! The groomer who worked on him also didnt didnt know how to trim the tail or his nails for that matter. He was completely clean cut when I picked him up, except for his tail was left alone. He looked ridiculous! His nails were uncut, which I do trim them between grooms as they grow quickly, but these needed to be done and they just were not done even a little. Newsflash, if you're going to work as a dog groomer, you should be fully prepared to learn on the go, have patience and not be so rude to the dog owner because it was you who left them no choice but to bring you a high energy PUPPY at the literal ass-crack of dawn. Don't worry chick, you won't have to worry about grooming my pup again because I won't be returning!

  Awesome, the best!! We've taken our pups to other places that call themselves groomers and they were absolutely butchers. This place is the real deal

  Been taking my mini labradoodle here for 10 years. Chris is awesome. Just be sure to make your next appointment when you pick up your dog so you can get in easier on their schedule.
