I am finally coming on to leave a review. I used to speak very highly of this place. I had been taking my pup Nash ever since I got him. They had been fantastic. The last months of Nash’s life we not as great. I took him in a few different times because he wasn’t acting like himself. They gave him a shot and said it because he was getting older. I took him again because he wasn’t eating and I had mentioned his poop wasn’t solid and very orange even though he wasn’t eat anything like I even tempted him with human food. They asked if I was giving him pumpkin and I said no and that was all that was discussed about his orange runny poop. I told them he wasn’t eating or drinking. They did an ex ray and also gave him an appetite shot. Another time I brought him in because again he was losing weight and not eating, runny poop and not acting normal. They ran blood test and they said his kidney enzymes or something was elevated and gave me a supplement for that. Overall I felt like not enough was done. I felt like they brushed off some thing which possibly could have saved his life. The day after I took him to Loveland when he got an appetite shot and expat, was the last day he would be alive. Nash was not okay. I took him to an urgent care because he no longer could walk and was shaking. The urgent care said he had a high fever, and had many many masses in his spleen and that his body had been attacking itself. She said it was too late to even consider surgery because of the condition he was in. I had to say goodbye to my good boy. He had been in pain and it’s frustrating that it wasn’t looked more into we I brought him in the first few times. I don’t hate Loveland but I just wish they would have taken it more seriously and maybe Nash would be alive and or he wouldn’t have been suffering those last months.

Thank you Loveland Animal Hospital for taking such amazing care of our sweet puppy during his neuter. From the moment that I called in, to the second that I picked him up after surgery, I felt love towards my puppy from the employees! They truly listened to my needs and got us in quickly. My puppy had an elevated ALT number and our old vet would not neuter him unless I spent hundreds of dollars on additional testing. We did additional testing and they wanted us to do more (old vet) before they would neuter him. I was not okay waiting any longer to get him neutered because he was developing bad habits! I felt like if I had any indication that something was truly wrong with him (besides a high ALT #) I would get more testing done after the neuter. Loveland Animal Hospital got us in and were great with our puppy. He did amazing after the surgery and he has the best looking stitch job I have seen! We have neutered multiple dogs at our old vet and they never healed quicker nor did their incisions look as good as what the vet did at Loveland Animal Hospital. They were truly wonderful to me and my puppy. Thank you!

I had to have my senior cat put down. They were very good to explain what they were going to do and what was happening and gave me some time alone with him as he passed. The price was very reasonable.

Took my ragdoll cat to be treated, allergies, sensitivity. Been here before. Ii felt somewhat cold and short this time but resolved. The male vet took more time when I was here last time but that's okay. Thanks for your help.

I had a wonderful experience with Loveland Animal hospital. The vets took so much time to talk with me about my dog and really listened to all my concerns. I never felt rushed or pressured into unnecessary tests or treatments — in fact, they thoughtfully explained why some things weren’t needed, which I truly appreciated. There’s a bit of old-school charm in their approach — thorough, practical, and genuinely caring. At the same time, they were up to date on the latest treatment options and offered top-of-the-line therapies for my dog’s osteoarthritis. It felt like I was getting the best of both worlds: modern medicine paired with an old-fashioned sense of honesty and care. My dog unfortunately passed away last year after living a long and happy life, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care and compassion he received here. When I have another pet in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them to this clinic — and I’d wholeheartedly recommend the same to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful veterinarian.
