- LDLuAnn Detwiler6 days ago5.0I want to give a shout out to Brad, Manager at Petco South, Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a regular customer and was having problems ordering on line. Constant problems. Brad stepped in and said just tell me what you need and I'll take care of it. He made his good on what he said, brought the order to my car and said,"just call me anytime and I'll help you". Now that's great customer service and management. I'm a senior citizen and his help made all the difference in me continuing to be a Petco customer. Many thanks Brad. Lu Detwiler

If they send the wrong order through DoorDash they will provide 0 service aside from “call DoorDash” even though I ordered through their website. I rarely expect anything other than them correcting the issue. Not for me to have to go on a ghost chase after a fairly expensive order.
- LBLady BirdApr 6, 20265.0McDonald's is the best. When I lived in Ireland it was my go to for a big Mac meal. Living in Nebraska it's still my go to I love the quarter pounder. I love the breakfast menu too. Oh! Forgot to mention the ice-cream yummy!! Thank to all the hard working friendly staff.
- AAAllisonMar 25, 20261.0I dont recommend getting any live animals here that you want as a pet. I've bought mice and now a jumping spider I intended to be pets. One thing I notice right away is the uncleanliness of the store. They house "pet" fancy mice in tanks with DOZENS of mice in one aquarium. The size of the aquariums would be small for even two mice. Both mice ive housed from here have had health issues and did not live as long as the other mice ive taken care of. PetSmart is much better for live animals. They take pretty good care of their animals, even the small ones.
