- RSR&A SSep 20, 20251.0This is directed at Cece the cashier on duty at 10am. Sat. 9/19/25. The other two young ladies on duty in the store that helped me in other departments each deserve 5 stars. Before leaving the store I checked the bulk bin near the exit for any soft treats, since my 15 year young pup has very few teeth, I passed, they were all hard. Cece, the cashier standing a couple of registers away from the front door, said to me as I was exiting “you better pay for those treats you took“ I asked her why she had accused me of that? We exchanged words and I told Cece pull the security footage while I wait. I asked her who the manager is, she said I don’t know. I went back to the other two ladies that helped me earlier to clear this up before I left and one of them was the acting store manager. Cece’s smug attitude, and in my opinion, her unfounded accusations is the cause of her getting reported and thus this store’s low score review. There’s plenty of other pet stores that are welcoming of your business.
