- JBJulie Brekke4 days ago2.0I booked a grooming appointment for my small 12 lb dog. Ordered some extras so she could have a nice "Spa Day" was told charge would be $93. I couldn't take her or pick her up so a family member did for me and when they picked her up the total ended up being $150 instead of $93. I didn't authorize any extra charges nor was I called and asked about it. And then even though you have to pay extra for a better smelling shampoo and spa package they still charge an extra $5.99 for materials. I feel like that should be included in the price already. Not at all impressed this time, though I've never had issues in the past with other pets but I haven't been there for a couple of years until today. Probably won't go back. She doesn't like getting her picture taken so these aren't good.

Only had tapeworm treatment and a homeopathic dewormer that ay" help with worms. They do not stock regular dewormer. This is a commonly needed item if you have indoor/outdoor cats. Had to go elsewhere to get it.
