They had so much stuff. It was so much fun I had to get in and out not because of anything bad just because they have so much good stuff and so many good choices. Management is awful they always yell at the employees and are never where they’re supposed to be for managing areas. Anytime an employee was helping a customer and nobody would be in certain areas to help customers with animals or even feeder crickets. That employee would get yelled at for trying to juggle everyone else’s jobs. Shame on management.

- APAerica ParrisDec 9, 20251.0There store brand products are shit. I have bought metal Crates before and never had this happen. I purchased a metal dog crate for my dog back in February. A couple months ago he ended up busting out of the Crate. Where it ended up breaking was where the slide locks lock into to latch it shut. The hole entire peice Snapped off. Obvious Manufacture defect. I tried to Call about getting a Replacement but was told by both the Store and the customer service Center was not able to because it is past 60 days even though it’s an obvious manufactures defect. I will no longer shop from Petco what so ever.
