The supplies are extensive with food, cages, beds, and clothes. The staff is quite helpful and helped me find the best treats that would be good for my dog. They encouraged me to try on an outfit on her before I bought it as I wasn't sure about the fit . The store was well stocked and clean.

Constantly not caring for the animals or enclosures properly, leaving dead fish in the tanks to be fed on by the live ones, mistreating their employees. Some of them don’t get breaks and being forced to work without being medically cleared. This place is a disaster.
