  The dog groomer, Michaela, is excellent!!! She always does a great job!! The manager of the animals, RyAnne, is outstanding to work with. Both of these ladies are very nice, helpful and always willing to help me. The are bright and cheerful. Both of them offered to help me over what is expected. I used to go to the store around 72nd Dodge in Omaha. I switched to your store because the groomers stayed there longer, the store was clean and organized, and the customer service was phenomenal!!!! Thank you for having such a great store in your company!!!!!!

  They open at 7, but dont open the registers until 9. The employee there was so kind and cashed me out and explained it to me because I was confused. The store is beautiful and clean!!!

  Recently I tried to return/exchange a food that my cat did not like. I brought in 4 unopened cans to return/exchange. I was told that I could not return them because they were purchased on a "get 5 free" promotion, so technically they qualified as the free cans. The clerk and manager argued with us instead of trying to find a solution. I do not understand why we could not just exchange them for a different flavor of the same brand or get a store credit toward the new purchase we were making. Either fix your computer system to allow for this type of exchange or find a way to make it right with your customer. We spend over $100 a month at your store, and are not trying to "get one over on you" for $5 worth of cat food. If you have this policy, you should find a way to honor it. We will no longer be shopping at your store.

  I love visiting the kitties in the adoption area right inside the doors to the left. It's the first thing I do when I go inside. After I spend far too long adoring them, I grab crickets, mealworms & fruitflies. They are pretty good about discounting these feeders at a reasonable time, unlike some other pet stores that still charge full price when half or more of the prepackaged crickets are dead or mealworms mostly turn to pupus. I'm also fond of the treats by the pound cart because there's a variety to choose from. However, I don't like that the treats are not covered causing them to become a bit harder the longer they sit. Great when freshly stocked though.
