- TPTaylorann PedersonDec 22, 20251.0If I could give it zero that’s what they’d get, I booked a groom and always had great experience with Willie; someone else groomed my dog and immediately could tell the difference. My dogs face and body wasn’t trimmed only her paws. she’s extremely uneven (from whatever they did attempt) and no resolution was given other then I had to rebook and pay for an entire new groom that already wasn’t done correctly in the first place. There was no matting (came directly from the groomers mouth) For an over $90 dollar service, I’d expect at minimum a haircut I paid for. Will not be returning.

The system was down when I arrived to my appointment, which happens. But when I asked if they keep record of what they did previous she said yes, but with the system down, they weren't able to look at it. That she was having to use her phone. I told here just a trim down and to just trim her tail, that I like the hair long. Well when I arrived to pick her up, they cut majority of her hair off of her tail, then proceeded to tell me that it was a miscommunication. WRONG! YOU DIDN'T LISTEN!!! I love Cat she does great, but maybe when your system is down you have another way to write down the customers request rather than trying to remember what they said.
