- LBLarry BoylesFeb 4, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my little Yorki-Poo in which weighs a little over 8 lbs. He is a five month old puppy with lots of energy. I was having the bath and dry, sanitary cut and nails clipped. Apparently it was to much for Cat to handle. She gave him a Bath and Dry and said she cut his nails but could not give him a sanitary cut because he kept biting the clipper. Really? He is a pup. She didn't do the sanitary cut. However she wanted me to book another appointment next week to give him another bath and blow dry. No thanks. I did not recieve what I wanted and I still got charged for the whole thing. My dog is small and paid $49.00. I believe it should have been cheaper. I would reccomend somewhere else.

- TPTaylorann PedersonDec 22, 20251.0If I could give it zero that’s what they’d get, I booked a groom and always had great experience with Willie; someone else groomed my dog and immediately could tell the difference. My dogs face and body wasn’t trimmed only her paws. she’s extremely uneven (from whatever they did attempt) and no resolution was given other then I had to rebook and pay for an entire new groom that already wasn’t done correctly in the first place. There was no matting (came directly from the groomers mouth) For an over $90 dollar service, I’d expect at minimum a haircut I paid for. Will not be returning.
