- OOOlivia ObembeOct 25, 20252.0My dog and I have come here for years, today I drop her off for a bath routine and nail trim about an hour later I get a notification to come and pick her up only for the groomer to say that they weren't able to complete the bath today. I was confused because she has never had a problem in the years that we have come here so I asked and say that she refused to get in the tub and that she was flinching. The groomer apologize stating a lack of experience which is okay. But I do have a hard time believing it because my dog has never really had a massive problem with getting in the tub in the years that we have been customers of this establishment and all the report cards that I've gotten after her bath stated that she was well-behaved and sweet but shy and nervous. And I did state that while I was filling out the pre-appointment paperwork. I do not live close to here and it is disappointing that it took over an hour for them to reach me saying that the appointment had to be canceled and it was not a phone call that I got about it I walked in assuming that my dog was washed but instead I was told it was canceled. The reason why I am not giving this one star is because I was not charged for the lack of service. And I would have not given a bad review in general if we had not been previous customers here and this was her first experience in a new establishment where her nerves may have been elevated. But it was not. I have brought my dog here for most likely around 3 or 4 years now. We will not be coming back.
