  We made an appointment on- line for a grooming for our Yorkie- poo. We did it on Friday for an appointment on Sat at 1:30 pm. Saturday I drove 35 miles for the appointment. When I arrived, there was no groomer working that day ?! I was told a manager would call me to " make it right". Nobody called, so I called Monday and spoke to a manager. She apologized and asked what services I was looking for. I said " just a basic grooming". She said " our groomer doesn't do haircuts yet" ! Wow! Don't take appointments for a service you don't provide ! Very disappointed !

  I've had dogs my whole life and have brought many of them inside. This time around was a first for my dog Opal, who is 9. She loved every minute of it and was even friendly to the other dogs visiting the store. Staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. Prompt as well. Purchased dogfood and treats and a new dogtoy for Opal. Item selection is astronomical. Something for everybody there. Prices were fair considering the brands that are available; also have discount cart with a variety of items to choose from.

  I drive 3 hours to get to this store for my dog’s grooming needs and 2 hrs out, they called me and cancelled his appt due to the groomer being inexperienced. She went on to say she’s the only groomer who works there and it’s her 2nd day. I am so frustrated and disappointed that this happened. At least call the day before and not 2 hrs before his appt. Never coming here again.

  We’re here quite often and always have the best experiences! we somehow manage to get one of two cashiers when we come in. they know who we are and exactly what we’re getting.. lol. picky cats do that 😂 they’re the nicest people and are always ready to ask about the cats at home :) we’re “frequent flyers” of the fargo petco. there’s been times it’s been insanely crazy and picked over, but within the past 6 months or so that’s completely changed. the food we get is always stocked and the aisles aren’t giving dollar general osha violations. my spouse and i even talked about that a while ago, how much the atmosphere has changed and how much it’s improved over the last 2/3 ish years. about a year ago we had an employee get us onto the premier program for cats. the BEST decision we’ve made- we feed our two cats a wet/dry diet and we can only get wholehearted here (GREAT ingredients & nutrition for the price!! and my cat is picky with textures and the flakes of these are his fav.) our other cat is more boujee and will strictly only eat one brand of food in the whole entire world. with the premier we save so much on their food. last weekend, we went in for a complete food stash restock for our cats. we got 92 cans. pre- discount is was ~$136. when we left, we had paid $110ish after all of the discounts, including donation to the pets that need the love! and there’s savings on litter- LIFESAVER when you have 3 litter boxes to keep up with. the refillable pails save a ton on their own but it’s even better with the premier discounts. (P.s. DONT buy all the wholehearted liver and chicken flakes!!!!!!! lord stinkerton (aka tito) will be very sad if we come home without them!)

  Jayde and Waylon were awesome! They helped me pick out the perfect log for my ball python and made sure I knew exactly what would work best for her. Super friendly and knowledgeable — you can tell they care about their customers. Definitely made my day! 🙂
