I was told it was going to be a 45 min wait on the phone but when I got there with my sick cat, I was immediately seen. Surgery was called for and they answered all my questions. If it wasn’t for them, he would be dead- I am forever thankful for Dr.Blair and the staff that saved his life! My 6 year old son is very happy to still have his favorite pet and my cat Hank is thankful to be back!

Showed up at 12 AM with my dog who was very sick and we checked in at the front desk. Sat in the waiting room for over 4+ hours with one other lady and her son with a sick dog and never saw anyone. We were the only two people in the entire waiting room. And in the last 2 to 3 hours before we left, no one else came in. My dog threw up 15 to 20 times while we were waiting. This place had only one vet on duty and it was not busy. No one came out to check on us to see how our pets were so finally after 4 AM we both left and went home. I am only writing this review because if you have a sick pet, please don’t bring them here. This is not an emergency hospital. There is no compassion. I have been to this so-called hospital two other times in the past and the service was bad then, but unfortunately, the service has gotten much much worse. Fortunately my dog is OK because I took him to my vet early this morning. He stayed at the vet for an entire day. He was he was diagnosed with pancreatitis. This is how sick he was. If I could give this so-called Emergency hospital no stars, that is what I would give it. I will never come back here again! This place needs to have its state license pulled, and closed. Thank you.

4:43 How would you rate your experience? Not good Tell us about your experience Last night was a very difficult and frustrating experience for us. Our dog is 14 years old and began throwing up. Our vet was closed. We went to your emergency clinic. It was 12:00 am. We were told that it might be 4 hours. Then we were prepared to wait. Meanwhile,a dog was taken back and quickly came out. After that no one came out to check on our dog. We could hear laughing and talking in the back. Also uber eats was delivered twice. The staff immediately came to the door and never inquired about our dog. Also, the man sitting beside us, his dog was extremely sick. The dog threw up a lot at least 10 times. He went to the back and knocked on a door. One person came, he talked to them, and then they told him that it would be 4 to 6 hours. We were very confused and frustrated. The man took pics of his dog's numerous vomits. At 4:00 am, we talked about it and finally decided to take our very sick dogs home. We felt that at that point, that they were better off at home (not at the Emergency vet.) All of this was very unprofessional and very non compassionate. I'm sure that our dogs were very dehydrated by then. He said that he was going to his vet at 7:30. I was very worried about his dog. I'm glad that somebody was(me.) We called our vet this morning. We will never take our dog here again, no matter how sick he is. I would rather take my chances at home. Terrible Experience ...

Very pleased. I brought my mini-doodle there last night with possible toxicity ingested. She was convulsing, high temp, high heart rate, drooling, panting. I walked in, she was triaged, and taken straight back. They triage cases there, meaning more severe cases will be pulled back first, there is some wait sometimes. This is understandable. They understood she was scared. She snapped at one of them not wanting to leave me. They allowed me to walk her back. Within a couple hours I had a diagnosis, and they confirmed it was some form of toxicity. They treated her over night, and I was informed this morning she was good to go. We are back home now, Penny is doing great. They were extremely compassionate and caring. My dog is doing amazing, we are so glad she’s back home and safe. Their prices are reasonable, and was below the initial estimate given (this depends on level of care needed and is case by case). Thank you all! She’s so happy to be back home. And so are we! As you can see, she’s very comfortable being back!

These people will do their best to take care of your pet, don’t get me wrong, but they will charge you an arm and a leg. They prey on us because they know we would do anything to get our pets the care they deserve when the normal vet is closed and we do not have any other choice. Expect to pay tenfold what a normal vet would charge you. They even charge on your bill the gloves they use, I am not kidding! Only go there if you absolutely don’t have any other choice but expect to be exploited and charged thousands of dollars.
