  My wife, who is a cancer survivor and also disabled from being 50% deaf, went into Petco on college road and was profiled immediately by the cashier.And the manager. The cashier Alanah reached into her bag and pulled our puppy out , saying she just wanted to hold it when she just wanted to see if my wife was stealing. my wife does not have to steal nothing because we have plenty of money. The manager said they have a no bag policy , but when I asked her if the sign is up there , she said it was supposed to be. My wife had over $300 in cash and credit cards in her purse.When she walked in there , so she does not have to steal from nobody. These women are disgusting , and I would not recommend anybody to go to this store or any petco. If I could , I would have given them minus five stars. If they have a no bag policy , then they should make surethe signs up where people can see it.And I guarantee you , my wife would not have bought a bag in there to get treated like a common thief. The owner should feel disgusted

  You can adopt kitties and they have birds, fish, hamsters,etc.

  The store was clean and well stocked. The employees greeted us on arrival. They were friendly and helpful.

  I used to come in at least once a week and ended up having to find a new fish store. It takes 20 minutes to find help. There are lots of dead fish in the tanks. When you find help, only 2 people that work there actually know anything about fish. They act like they're annoyed when you need help. Today the employee broke what I was trying to buy and then instructed me how to fix it. Everytime income back in after a few months to see if there have been any improvements, they remind me why I started going to Big Fish in the 1st place.

  Easy to do business with. They take time with you and there is no pressure when selecting your purchase. They seem to like their work environment.
