Than I found out my dog has urinary tract infection. So I wanted to return the Natural Balance 4.5 lb bag to the store When to return than they tell me no returns after 30 days. They said the employee who told me 60 days was wrong. I spent so much money in this store with food & treats & grooming And they won't take back a $20 bag of dry dog food. I will never step foot in any Petco again.

We spend over 7k a year at this location because we spoil our multiple pets. This is the last straw. There are bugs in the bathroom every visit, more and more pride merch shoved in our faces, and them ripping me off for 2 bucks is the last straw. I tried to be loyal even though we had moved and have to drive further to this location for our pets food, toys, and treats. We've been coming here since it opened. No more. Petsmart is my go-to now. At least you don't have to worry about a bug crawling up your pant leg there, plus they have cats for adoption now we can go look at and pet. Thanks for the big disappointment, I really dont like to change my habits but petsmart it is!
