Care for the fur babies has been excellent. Customer service out front and over the phone certainly represents areas for improvement. Buyer beware with the medications, my last refill I experienced a significant price increase. Over $1 a pill for carprofen, major retailers offer this pill for 52 cents a pill. Cant imagine things will improve with the new ownership.

I LOVE DR. REGER!!! My baby girl shihtzu had diarrhea, doesn't sound like a big deal but she was sick-sick for waaay too long. At first we thought we could handle it but no matter what advice we followed, NOTHING was helping. Since we're new to the area (literally just moved to Pender Co 3 weeks ago) we couldn't go as a walk-in but they got us in for an appt fairly quick. We saw Dr. Reger and she is AMAZING! She gave us different treatment options, she wasn't trying to push expensive tests, that was obviously an option but she wanted to try meds first before we broke the bank. Her appointment was Monday evening, my baby girl started her meds Monday night and TODAY (Wednesday) SHE HAD HER FIRST NORMAL POOP! I'm so happy and relieved I took a pic of that lil poopie, it's the first solid poop she's had in almost a month, so I seriously might frame it 😂. TY DR. REGER!! TY to the sweet vet tech we spoke with first, TY to both front desk girls that checked us in and got my girls records from her previous vet. TY FLORAL PARKWAY VET HOSPITAL! Hopefully we won't need her again anytime soon 🤞🏽, but if/when we do we're 100% going there and requesting Molly Reger. Rumor says THANK YOU!! Her lil buttbutt is grateful for you, too! Oh and we were relieved at the bill, we didn't know what to expect but we were tickled that we weren't overcharged AT ALL!

If I could rate 0 I would. CHARLIE JENKINS neutered and killed my 1 yr old lab and took NO accountability nor tried to help him😭
Do not let her touch your pet. The time you say has past some time ago, was February 27, 2025. LeRoy died March 8 , 2025 after I spent nearly $7000.00 to save him after Jenkins sent him home septic . In the week he died a bit every day. I asked the ECVet doctor if he could have been saved if I had brought LeRoy in there instead of back to Jenkins. She said, "NO". MY 1 yr. old beautiful LeRoy Brown died of organ failure and cardiac arrest March 8. Your comment and being sorry now is the first time you said anything about him. You sent him home swollen 3 times the normal size and and accused me of allowing the incision to burst open. I think k it's clear the swelling comes from infection. Jenkins didn't even close him up.. sent him home...I went to another for 4 days in a row for help . You are accountable.
