I have been bringing my pet here for almost 6 years and have always had a positive experience… from the front desk, to the vet techs to each of the vet. doctors. They are so caring, compassionate professional, and take time to answer any questions or concerns. My pet arrives happy and excited to be there and I always leave there feeling like they have gone above and beyond to give her the best possible care. I drive 45 minutes to come to this location and it is so worth it!!! Thank you Banfield!!!

While I really enjoy the bedside manner of Dr. Apple, I have to say the operation of this clinic is incompetent and unprofessional. I have two dogs that attend. If you need anything beyond a well visit, the office is inept. I have the puppy plan for my 11 month old dog. A few months ago, she ingested a foreign object. I called on a Sunday morning stating she was unable to keep anything (food/drink) down for 24 hours. Was asked no screening questions (ie: does she feel warm, has this happened before, is she lethargic, do you think she could have ingested a foreign object or was around any chemicals, etc.). I was told they had no sick visits available until Tuesday and I could take her to an emergency vet if I "thought she needed it." I asked for symptoms that would indicate she needed emergency care and I was told "if you think she needs it." I am a nurse- if I ever told my patient to return to the emergency room "if you think you need to" without giving any parameters, how helpful is that? Then when she was finally seen on Tuesday, they could not help me with surgery to correct an obstruction as it was too involved for them by that point, it had traveled too deep in her GI tract. How did that happen? Delay in care. So I needed to take her to an emergency vet and pay for emergency surgery. What is the point of the plan if I cannot obtain services when needed? Second HUGE point of irritation and display of incompetence: scheduled my puppy's spay surgery. This is included in the puppy wellness plan I have. Was given pre-op instructions including no food after midnight, small sips of water ok, nausea meds ok (my dog vomits at the site of a car). Office called a few times to confirm surgery and review instructions. Sounds great so far...Take off work to be sure I can care for her the day of surgery and post op, get to the vet and they tell me her surgery is going to cost me $120 more because she is in heat and may need more time under anesthesia. This was NOT part of pre-op questioning- no one asked in the 5 phone calls I received about the surgery if she was in heat recently. She stopped bleeding two weeks ago, but they cannot do the surgery for the normal cost if it hasn't been at least 4 weeks since heat. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS? So now I am stuck either taking more time off work or paying the damn fee to get the surgery done for when I arranged my schedule. Asked to speak to the office manager to inform her no one mentioned this pre-op or asked if she was in heat recently and she says, yeah that's not part of our screening. WHY?! If it may impact the cost of care or timing of surgery, WHY would that not be part of the pre-op interview? Ridiculous and thoughtless waste of my time and money. This place is full of people who do not ask appropriate screening questions or give helpful information to make informed decisions. Will NOT be taking my dogs here any longer. Be prepared for surprise fees and inability to schedule your dogs for appointments when needed if you use this office.

Outstanding service!! Took my grand dog Denzel here on 02/13/26. I had anxiety since the Labrador dog was so big and very active. We had to drive over 45 min to bring him and I needed assistance getting the dog out of the car. Camryn & Sara were amazing. They assisted me in getting him out and back in the car. They put my mind at ease as well. This service I received exceeded my expectations. I will gladly tell anyone to bring their pets here!!!

This team is phenomenal. One of our dogs is pretty reactive, and we've had some challenges getting her comfortable at the Vet. Everyone here is understanding, kind, and warm to her - even when she's showing her teeth. I'm incredibly grateful for their patience and creative, nurturing approach to caring for a tough patient!
