I arrived 10 minutes early and to park very far due to a full parking lot. I get my cats to the desk 11:46 and waited a couple minutes in line. A tech finally comes out at 11:48 to tell me I'm 10 minutes late and need to reschedule at a location 30 miles away..Technically I was in the window and should've been seen..I work in Healthcare and never experienced anything like this..

Like Ik how to clean a tank and own fish I have a 95 gallon tank!? (I was without a guardian but still kids should have freedom and rights and should be able to purchase items do better.
