We lost a furry friend unexpectedly and it was a difficult day. The staff here were so professional and sensitive to our loss.

I have been a client for over 14 years and have had 4 pets taken care of at this clinic over this period of time. I feel the service has deteriorated significantly over the years. They have grown, and they are inadequately staffed to handle the volume of patients they have. Phone calls get unanswered, and if they are answered, more often than not you are put on hold and sometimes they do not return to the phone, so you have to call them back. I was asked by Dr Valentine to call and send an email to communicate info relating to my pet. Why do I need to jump thru hoops, when all she needed to do is call back, or read her emails. It just became ridiculous over the last couple of years with lack of attention and response from staff and vet. It also took weeks to get prescriptions authorized numerous times. if you aren't getting the med from them, don't expect anyone to follow thru. It takes numerous follow ups to get what you need. Even Chewy offered to help on occasion and call on my behalf to refill a med my dog needed, and I was told by the rep they called twice and got hung up on. If you have young pet's and have very basic needs it can work for you, but if you have special circumstances or a senior pet, I recommend you go elsewhere so you can get dedicated care and the attention your pet deserves. Personally, if i had a new pet and was looking for a vet, this is the last place i would go. The last year or so my senior dog who has diabetes, it became very difficult to get him in there and when i had emergencies they wouldn't even see him. They urged me to take him to the vet hospital (Blue Pearl - which is conveniently owned by the same company!!). So technically what you pay for here is regularly scheduled shots and quick checkups, not dedicated personalized pet care. They lead you to believe that's what you will get when you sign up, but you do not. So, if your pet is sick or elderly, you might as well go to a regular vet. It's pointless to pay wellness fees when you can't depend on them to see your pet and provide the proper care he needs, when he needs it.

Banfield is in my opinion the bestest animal place to take your pet for care or about anything your pet needs. They let you know when it’s time for you to take care of your pet so they keep current on your pets needs. Weather they need nails trimmed, vaccinations or a little dental care. You can tell them MRBILL TOLD YOU ABOUT BANFIELD AND THERE MANY THINGS THEY CAN DO FOR YOUR PET. MRBILL 🇺🇸🇺🇸☁️
