So for years I have Certainly/ in the Past have always very much admire the devotion to our pets they have Shown and appreciated the Staff/ Vetinary Doctors there / techs Especially Dr. powell !!! Our family moved to help out 4- years ago from SP to Rockingham area due to our Youngest daughter that was diagnosed with blood Cancer so we are about 30- 40 minutes away depends on traffic ! Today not a good Day ! I agree to an Appointment on Sunday / I thought was 3:00 pm Arrived at around 2:34-2:40 with both Dogs in the parking lot ! Both went potty! Got in was told I am late/ Appointment at 2:00 pm And Couldn't bs Seen / I asked Why and if possible Could we be work in or at least one dog seen ! Answer No !!! I didn't even get a Phone reminder of our Appointment/ usually we Do ! Yes I am Very Disappointed Today !!! It seems Noone care or made Allowance for situations! In general people don't care / lack of understanding! Yes nothing is Cheap and We do pay for extra Wellness Plans for our Dogs ! Just frustrated with Self / No Reminder appointment Distance in going and not even one dog could be seen or Received her rabies shot! A wasted drive and handling my Daughter as well today ! It seems visit all about production / money anymore! Not the same as a few years Ago ! Not a good Day for Me / Dogs or my Daughter

I decided to give this place a second chance because it's closest to my house, is brand new, and I utilize the dog park often. Beginning to regret my decision as the staff are so hard to schedule an appointment with, and so hard to even get checked in during visit. With the inflow of people, there should be atleast four people working to answer calls and take patients. Detected a hint of sarcasm with my doctor and felt questioned about the level of care I was giving my fur children. Fortunately, the doctor was very thorough in checking them and I was in and out very quickly! She was also very kind to the dogs. The vet tech, Kathy saved my mood by offering the dogs appropriate treatment while offering quality patient care. Extremely patient in earning each dogs trust and being respectful of them. Facility is gorgeous and very very clean.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
