We have a new kitty. It is like having a new baby in the house. My Asteriod had some issues and at first I chatted with the virtual team at 6 A.M. the response was fast and helpful. Made an appointment and the team at the Yadkin office were so helpful and patient. The whole team especially leslie and Dr. Bailey. I really feel at ease knowing that you care as much as I do. Thank you so much!!

Had an appointment for health certificate today. When i called the quoted 160 to 300 dollars. I arrive and they tell me it will be 707. I travel with my dog in and out of country all of the time. I have never paidore then 350. Now i am in a bind and i have fligts to cancel. At this time they then said the doctor can carge what ever she want. Amateurs for sure. Helath certificates are electronically sent in and electronically sent back. Lazy and taking advantage of someone who already has a flight booked. ,price gouging at its best. If you feel you have to use banfield make sure you book with Dr. Thomas. Dr. Wood feels that warented 707$ versus other vets at 200 to 350 . I find it much more reasonable to drive to cross creak veterinarian in Fayetteville. Much more reasonable and knowledgeable about international health certificates. I i have not been paying for my other dog for 11 years at banfield i would be moving elsewhere all together

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
