- LLLNov 1, 20251.0I have had multiple problems with this location. I came in the other day asking the receptionist if I had to make an appointment to be seen. She said yes. I told her I was looking for a quote to see how much it would cost to have my Pomeranian’s extra teeth removed and spayed at the same time. We proceeded to set up an appointment for today at 8:30 am. I drop her off today just to be told the dentist isn’t there so I wouldn’t be able to get a quote. If the dentist isn’t there why did the receptionist make an appointment on the day they’re not there? The previous experience was when I brought my other dog to be seen because she had a lot of bald spots and rashes. I wanted to get an answer as to why this was happening. When I picked her up the vet didn’t notice the bald spots until I pointed it out. It wasn’t one or two. My dog had a lot of small bald spots that were all over. This location may be the cheapest but I don’t trust their staff when they can’t set up an appointment correctly or notice small details. I don’t trust them to spay/neuter my dogs. This may not be your experience but this was mine. I hope they improve.

Julie (our vet) was so nice and helpful. She explained everything that was going on with our pets. I highly recommend this team to anyone who needs a vet who is honest and trustworthy.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
