  Adding review again because someone deleted. Vet here was aggressive with my 3 m old GSD . He popped my puppy for chasing his tail . Called him bad and was extremely disrespectful.

  I wouldn't recommend this place they close whenever they want and open. This place is not reliable! Front desk women are rude unprofessional just wayyy too rude. I would like to have service and wanted to spend my money unfortunately front table women kicked me out. This place is horrible place.

  I'm disappointed in Vetco. First, the receptionist was extremely rude. Her tone/body language was extremely rude and negative almost as if she wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. She didn't answer my question and was unhelpful as well as unprofessional. Today, they were closed out of nowhere, even though their schedule said Mon-Sat. Are they closing whenever they feel like? They're very unreliable and I'm disappointed. I regret choosing to become a member. I wouldn't recommend this place.

  The receptionist was extremely rude. Felt as if we were being rushed being the last appt of the day and probably ready to go home! We understand her we have a pup that had to use the restroom. The nurse was nice and understanding and gentle but probably will not go back because of the receptionist. Blonde/skinny …never caught her name due to me just ready to leave

  Had a terrible experience with the Vetco, which we never dealt with before. They were extremely rough with our dog, and the receptionist was extremely rude. I’ve been working with dogs professionally for 8 years at multiple facilities and never in my life would I handle dogs the way that they did. I wouldn’t trust them with a live animal, the dude that handled him was extremely rough. It would’ve been an immediate write up at any place I’ve worked at. Genuinely an awful experience, and I’m looking into perusing further contact to get this figured out so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
