  Arrived around 8:30 PM (store closes at 9:00 PM) specifically to purchase an aquarium plant (moss ball). I was told the aquatics section was already closed and I could not make the purchase. I understand fish sales may need to stop earlier, but there was no signage or notice indicating that aquatics closes before the store. This resulted in a wasted trip. If certain sections close early, that should be clearly communicated so customers can plan accordingly. This isn’t about staff—it’s about lack of transparency.

  I used this location and the groomer came highly praised by the staff. While the groomer was great at handling my dog who is a bit anxious; she totally ignored what i asked for which was simple. Keep his body coat low and leave his tail and face hair long just rounded out. Instead she shaved my yorkie down to look like a bald chihuahua. Never bring your pet here for grooming unless u like a bald pet.

  Small store but has most everything. The vet is awesome as well as the veterinary staff, you can tell they really love animals 🐈‍⬛.

  I tried making a purchase at Petco today using the petco credit card. However, the two receptionist at the front desk refused to let me pay it using my credit card. The female receptionist didn't seem to know how to use the system, but the male receptionist simply refused to let me use my credit card since it would be extra work for him. I was able to before, but because of these two, I weren't able to today. I am very disappointed and angry. Petco should ensure that their workers are capable and well trained. Petco shame on you.
