After spending the last 2 days at the ER and receiving no help from them, our Vet Tech Maria was AMAZING!! I cannot express my gratitude for her and Dr Alcorn. They were beyond helpful and very comprehensive with my baby’s condition and gave us many options, they didn’t give up on my precious boy. Yes, they gave us a worse case scenario but overall we’re very supportive and respected each decision we took. They didn’t make us feel bad for expressing our concerns and questions. Vetco is always our go to and they always know how to properly take care of us as much as our fur baby’s. Thank you Vetco, Maria, and Dr. Alcorn!! May God continue to bless you both and guide you to continue caring for all fur babies , as well as keeping clients happy, supported, and understood!

No one seems to want to help me get something I need to verify my pets vaccinations that I just got 2 months ago. Fix your website and be kinder to people who need help. I've been told by three different groups to go to another group and none of them have been able to help me. Figure it out and give your customer service reps the access to help people when the website doesnt work.

They were incredibly professional, gentle, and caring from the moment we arrived. They made Chop feel comfortable and safe, taking the time to talk to him and let him relax before starting any exams. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand, answered all my questions, and showed genuine concern for Chop’s well-being. You can tell they truly love what they do and have a passion for animals. Chop was handled with so much patience and kindness, and it really put me at ease. Overall, the level of care and attention they gave us was outstanding. I’m very thankful for both of them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet team that truly goes above and beyond.

I booked a same day appointment online for my ill cat today and took the 40 minute drive to this location to have him seen for constipation and rapid breathing. He had been seen at this location a week prior and provided medication for a chronic condition, so I wanted to be consistent and return to the same location for follow up. Upon entering the clinic, I told the receptionist I had an appointment, at which point she told me that she had no more appointments for the day showing on the calendar on her computer. I quickly pulled up the email I received, showing her the date and time, as well as the address to the clinic. She verified that information was all correct, and yet continued saying there were no appointments left for the day. It was 3 pm, the clinic was completely empty, and all the doors to the clinic rooms were open, so I could see that they had no other clients. I asked in disbelief how I could receive a confirmation email for my appointment, only to come to the clinic and simply be told that my appointment did not exist in her system. As I stood there in shock wondering where I was now going to take my cat to be seen, she flippantly told me that she didn’t know what the mix up was, but the fact was that there were no appointments, so my cat wasn’t being seen today. There was never an apology, an offer to help me in making another appointment, or to tell me if there was a local hospital that I could bring my cat to. As a local business owner, I would be appalled if I had someone representing my business with this careless and rude attitude. I cannot recommend this clinic, nor will I be bringing my pets here again.
